| Job Details/Summary: | We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist located at our Princeton, NJ headquarters. Responsibilities: * Possess and maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements relative to products and areas of responsibility as assigned. * Provides critical review for regulatory compliance of the content and format of labeling and promotional materials. * Organizes assignments as related to investigational, new, and promotional materials. * Requests, verifies, and compiles product formula, support and safety data documentation files. * Interacts with other departments within the company in the preparation of regulatory documents and the provision of regulatory advice. * Acts in concert with the company and departmental policies, positions and strategies. * Provides periodic reports to keep the director informed of activities and status of projects. * Provides assistance to the managers and/or director as otherwise required. * Compiles regulatory submission to government agencies and internal documentation. * Interacts with government and agencies and trade associations on assigned projects. * Uses excellent communication and organizational skills when collaborating with functional groups. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline * Five years or more experience in a regulatory affairs function, or experience in a closely related scientific function (e.g. quality assurance, quality control, research etc) related to products similar to those of the company. * Must have experience in solving complex problems. * Must have ability to work in fast-paced environment. * Needs to be well organized, articulate, a self-starter, responsive and a team player.
