Job Details/Summary:	Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Manager Location: Boulder, CO Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 Bonus Eligibility 10% RELOCATION AVAILABLE! Our client, an international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Manager to schedule and oversee their Clinical Laboratory to execute studies, including protocol development, subject recruitment, and data management. The Clinical Laboratory Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the lab including design, development and execution of clinical research projects. Requirements: Clinical Degree and/or Advanced Scientific Degree with Clinical Experience Minimum 3+ years working in a clinical environment Minimum 5+ years of clinical studies experience in a regulated environment Must have lab management experience. Medical Device industry Strongly Preferred. Strong clinical laboratory skills including knowledge of non-significant risk studies, recruiting and consenting subjects, and HIPPA requirements. Knowledge of cGLPs and Data Management Systems Demonstrated advanced, comprehensive understanding of applicable Federal regulations and international standards Experience managing a clinical data management system Proven ability to analyze data, experience writing manuscripts for publications desired Develop & maintain SOPs and guidelines to assure internal files, site files and field data conform to Good Clinical Practice regulation Review clinical study protocols and assist in obtaining IRB approvals Implement and maintain a data management system (ie: Seibel/Oracle) to ensure data integrity, coordination.
