The MaxSignal® E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella Test Strip Kits are rapid lateral flow test strip kits which offer sensitive detection of E. coli or Salmonella in food samples. The kits offer accurate, reproducible results with sensitivity equal to or greater than that found in ELISAs in 20 minutes or less. The kits contain everything you need to test for contamination including a ready-to-use selective broth.
