Abstract

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) have each gained attention as promising liquid biopsy markers, offering molecular insights into cancer progression, overall survival, and treatment efficacy.

In this webinar we present the utility of CTC and ctDNA dual-isolation from a single liquid biopsy sample for multi-dimensional analyses.  Using non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) as an example, we introduce a streamlined EGFR mutation detection workflow that uses the Genesis Cell Isolation System and Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR™) and incorporates optimized blood component separation and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) enrichment steps.  The entire workflow allows capture and recovery of CTCs for subsequent downstream molecular assays, while ddPCR is used to interrogate specific loci aberrations within both ctDNA and CTC total DNA.

Join this webinar to learn about the complementarity of CTC and ctDNA co-analyses, and discover how to gain synergistic, unique insights into cancer heterogeneities at the cellular and genetic level.
