ORAL ABSTRACT PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Presenters!
Congratulations on being chosen to particpate in the CCTS Research Days event. We look forward to seeing each of you on April 8th from 1:00pm - 2:30pm (EDT).
Your session moderator will be emailing you specific instructions and an agenda for your session.

Here are a few reminders:
- You must be registered for the event to enter. Please be sure you are registered HERE.
- Upon entering the event on April 8, locate the button along the bottom navigation tab that says “Meeting Rooms”
- Click on the box that specifies your designated Meeting Room
- We are using Zoom technology for all presentations. If you need help presenting on Zoom please click HERE
Here are a few things you can do to make your presentation run smoothly:
- Please make sure you are in a location with a STABLE internet connection.
- Allow plenty of time to log in and find the virtual “Meeting Rooms”.
- Please be prepared to be on video; check your surroundings, manage pets, arrange for childcare if needed, and dress professionally.
- Please check your computer SOUND and CONNECTION settings; test your equipment in advance to be sure it is working properly.
- Please check for pending computer updates or automatic updates BEFORE the day of your presentation to prevent computer disruptions or shutdowns.
- Close all windows except for your presentation and then share your desktop.
- Turn off any pop-up notifications that may appear on your screen (calendar reminders, text or instant messages, Teams messages, etc.).
- Silence cell phones and other devices.
