Time: 9:00am (PDT),  12:00pm (EDT)

SCIEX’s next-generation Biologics Explorer software is an innovative platform for the comprehensive and deep characterization of biologics. A suite of five built-in workflows, optimized for CID and EAD data, offers powerful and intuitive automated data processing for intact mass and peptide mapping. Powered by Genedata’s pioneering algorithms and visualization tools, users can easily investigate the identity and purity of their biologics with deeper insights on PTM, N- and O-glycosylation, disulfide bonds as well as calculate antibody drug conjugate (ADC) ratios. In addition, the transparency at each data processing step, a unique capability of Biologics Explorer, empowers biotherapeutics scientists in taking fast evidence-based decisions during biologics development and production. In this webinar, we will introduce the Biologics Explorer software and its prepackaged workflows. In addition, participants will be introduced to the “Review” data capabilities within Biologics Explorer, where a user can accept or reject a peptide based on the quality of the annotated MS and MS/MS spectra.

Learning Objectives
  • Outline the prepackaged template workflows within Biologics Explorer, and their vast range of applications in intact protein and protein digest analyses.
  • Describe the ion map, a 2D visualization tool that allows users to interrogate charge states that pertain to a particular peptide.
  • Utilize the fragment spectra viewer to localize site-specific modifications such as N-linked glycosylation.
  • Discover the powerful features allowing user to curate, combine, save and retrieve processed data.

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
