Abstract
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a fatal disease with rising incidence and a remarkable resistance to current therapies. One of the main reasons for this therapeutic failure is the tumor's extensive infiltration by immunosuppresive cells such as myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and regulatory T (Treg) cells. However, so far the interaction between MDSC and Treg cells remained elusive. In this webinar, Carole Siret will present how she and her colleagues used 3D light sheet microscopy to decipher the cross-talk between MDSC and Treg cells in pancreatic cancer.

Learning Objectives
  • Get insight into large-scale 3D imaging.
  • Learn how light sheet imaging helps to analyze the interactions between immunosuppressive cells.
  • Get to know how this interaction shapes the tumoral immunosuppressive environment in PDAC.

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
