Return Policy

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 6:00am – 6pm PST. If you submit a return on a weekend day, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.

  • We accept returns within 30 days for any reason.
  • A return is categorized as a Refund or Exchange (additional details to each option below)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method including to PayPal. The credit will post to your account within 3-5 business days, but will always depend on your financial institution.
  • LabRoots pays for return shipping costs of all merchandise
  • For Domestic shoppers, to return or exchange your apparel for something new or a refund, the process is the same.
    1. You login to LabRoots, go to the Store feature and click on Orders.
    2. Find the order of the item you wish to return.
    3. Check the item(s) you wish to return within the Return/Exchange column.
    4. On this step, you need to either click on the Return Items button or the Exchange Items button.
    5. If you are returning for a refund, a modal window will pop-up and ask for the reason you why you want to return the item(s).
    6. If you are exchanging the item(s), a modal window will pop-up and ask for the new size and color.
    7. You will then come to a Success page, and from here you can print out the USPS shipping label to return the product. An email will also be sent you confirming the return and give you the option to print the USPS label.
  • For International shoppers, if you would like to exchange an item please contact our customer service department at store@labroots.com
  • Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, and labels.
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your return.
  • LabRoots is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Any t-shirts that have been worn or washed cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged for a different shirt.

    How can I make a return?

    • For Domestic shoppers, you login to LabRoots, go to the Store feature and click on Orders.
    • Find the order of the item you wish to return.
    • Check the item(s) you wish to return within the Return/Exchange column.
    • On this step, you need to either click on the Return Items button or the Exchange Items button.

    Can I return something I received as a gift?

    Yes, but you'll need to contact us for assistance at store@labroots.com. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and postal code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.

    How long do returns take to process?

    Return processing can take up to 2-4 weeks. If you have not received a refund or your exchanged product after that time, please contact us store@labroots.com.

    What do I do if my product is damaged?

    Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to store@labroots.com and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the email has been submitted.

    What if I paid via PayPal?

    If the purchase was made via PayPal then the refund will return to the PayPal account used to purchase. This will appear as credit in your PayPal account which you can use to make a purchase, or request to withdraw from PayPal to your bank account. Login to your PayPal account to get started.

    How do I exchange something?

    • For Domestic shoppers, to exchange your apparel for something new.
    • You login to LabRoots, go to the Store feature and click on Orders..
    • Find the order of the item you wish to return.
    • Check the item(s) you wish to return within the Return/Exchange column.
    • On this step, you need to click on the Exchange Items button.
