Antibody testing for coronavirus is diagnostic test screening for antibodies, immune proteins generated after infection or vaccination, in the blood. Antibodies can specifically target a virus and they protect you from getting infected by that virus. Identification of coronavirus antibodies in the blood via antibody testing can indicate that the individual was either infected with or vaccinated for coronavirus.
