CALL FOR POSTERS
In conjunction with the 2022 Symposium, we are also hosting a virtual poster session. The virtual poster sessions offer the opportunity to present data to a global audience. In addition to the poster, a video summary of findings can be included. Poster presenters will also have the opportunity to discuss results with interested colleagues through email or live chat.
Posters must highlight your work using optical genome mapping (OGM) from Bionano Genomics or Biodiscovery software, submitted into one of the four categories aligning with the topics of the 4-day Symposium:
The deadline for electronic submission of your poster title, abstract, and poster PDF is Friday, January 7th, 2022, at 12:00 pm PT.
POSTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Posters should be submitted as a PDF file. Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text. This content is not peer-reviewed. Submission is free.

Give your research a competitive edge - featuring the Bionano Genomics Virtual Poster Competition!
One winner will be selected from each topic by the conference organizers. The Grand Prize winner will be selected by conference attendees during the virtual conference the week of January 10-13.
Posters will be assessed and voted on by an anonymous board of Bionano Genomics conference organizers in the following categories: originality, innovation, impact, and organization.
The four topic winners of the Poster Competition will be announced at the beginning of the Bionano Genomics 2022 Symposium on Monday, January 10th, 2022. Over the four-day conference, attendees will attend the poster sessions and vote on the grand prize winner, which will be announced at the closing of the conference on Thursday, January 13, 2022.
The first 25 poster submissions that meet all the poster content and guidelines criteria will receive a $10.00 Amazon Gift Card for participating.
The four finalists will receive a $250 gift card of their choice.
The grand prize winner will receive registration and travel support to a scientific conference of their choice (up to $3,000 value).
All prize recipients must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth by their institution, state, or national regulations.
In addition to the prizes for the finalists and the grand prize winner, the winning author(s) and their research will be featured in a Bionano Genomics news story. Each poster submitted will be automatically considered for the competition unless the authors opt-out.
