An Introduction to Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry for the Clinical Laboratory

However, not all laboratorians have a basic understanding of clinical mass spectrometry. In this presentation, the fundamentals of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry will be briefly discussed. Further, a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry assay validation will be reviewed.
