Abstract
Spatial omics is an expanding collection of methods to examine biological molecules in their geographical context. By retaining the precise location of transcripts or proteins within a tissue, spatial methods can further our understanding of mechanisms in health and disease, in areas including cancer biology, immunology and neuroscience. Join us at this webinar, hosted by LabRoots, to learn how spatial information obtained with NanoString’s GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling solutions, with read-out on Illumina sequencing systems, can lead to novel insights about biological systems.

Learning Objectives:
  • Learn how to combine NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler with Illumina sequencing readout to analyze RNA and proteins in their tissue context in a highly multiplexed manner.
  • Learn about the insights spatial profiling provided into the cellular composition and interactions in the developing human brain.

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.

LabRoots is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS P.A.C.E. ® Program. By attending this webinar, you can earn 1 Continuing
