Single cell secretion assays have the potential to dramatically accelerate antibody discovery workflows. This talk will begin with a brief overview of common antibody discovery methods, concepts in single cell partitioning, and some common single cell assays. It will then discuss how bead-based clustering, lensless imaging, and computer vision can be used to perform single cell secretion screening.
