Webinars

LabRoots produces nearly 200 webinars each year, providing a great way to stay current on research in a wide range of fields. Through these virtual productions, LabRoots is able to provide free continuing education credits including; PACE CE, Florida CE, CME, CEU, and nursing CE's it's webinars and virtual events.

To register for any upcoming webinar, use the menu bar at the top of any page on the LabRoots site. Click "Webinar" and select on the one you wish to register for.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • When I log into a webinar, all I see is a grey screen. Why is that?
    If you are seeing a gray screen the typically a symptom of not having the correct version of flash installed. Please ensure you have the most up-to-date version by going to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. If you are using FireFox, flash is now disabled by default, to enable it, follow these instructions: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/enabling-flash-player-firefox.html
  • Do you have a mobile app for webinars?
    LabRoots is dedicated to providing content and making it accessible from anywhere. It is because of this that LabRoots is built to simplify viewing from any device, including your phone or tablet, without the need to download an app.
  • How do I obtain P.A.C.E. credits at a webinar?
    Once you participate and complete in an entire webinar, you will be prompted to click on the link provided and you will be directed to a form on the LabRoots website. You will be asked to do an evaluation of the speaker for confirmation of your attendance of the presentation. You will then be provided a certificate that can be printed out for your records.
  • I am unable to make this event, will it be available after the live period?
    While the length of time may vary, each webinar will be available on-demand after the live component is complete.
  • How can I participate in the Q&A?
    When participating in a live webinar, there is a green Q&A button on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, below the speaker and their slides. By clicking that button, you will see a chat box where you can submit your questions.
  • How can I reach the speaker?
    Many of our webinars at some point provide the speaker's preferred method of contact. If for some reason no information is provided, you can take advantage of the live Q&A session that are included in the majority of our webinar presentations. If all else fails, please contact support@labroots.com with the name of the webinar and the information you are looking for and we'll see how we can help!
  • How can I add a webinar to my calendar?
    When you are on the webinar event page, you will ssee below the title the date and time the webinar will be live. Next to that information, you will see a small calendar icon; by clicking on that icon, you can select which calendar you'd like to add that event to.
  • How do I check my systems compatibility?

  • My webinar is labeled as "unavailable," what do I do?
    When a webinar is labeled as “Unavailable,” it is because that particular webinar is only available to a select audience or labroots users. Essentially, it is a private webinar. Please use our search function to find other webinars on a similar topic if you're interested in learning more about that topic.
