Abstract

Host responses to SARS-CoV-2 are dynamic and complex. Here I will present applications of advanced proteomics technologies to interrogate host responses in the sera, urine and tissue specimens from COVID-19 patients. Our proteomic analyses of COVID-19 specimens nominated potential intervention strategies that may be exploited to facilitate therapeutics against COVID-19.
