Abstract
The study presented will represent the most comprehensive characterization of lipid changes in the context of aging and DR to date. The results will show a comparison of both targeted and untargeted lipidomics platforms, which collectively serve as useful resources to the lipidomics community, particularly non-experts, that are interested in comprehensively profiling lipids in biological systems.
