This event will feature two talks focusing on the cutting-edge use of digital PCR (dPCR) for research, exploring CAR-T cell monitoring in clinical research phases and high-throughput adeno-associated virus (AAV) quantification, two pivotal areas of cell and gene therapy research.

This presentation explores how dPCR enables precise and sensitive quantification of CAR-T cells and how dPCR can be utilized in research for CAR-T cell monitoring. Dr. Garcia will further explore how this technology is driving advancements in cell and gene therapy research for cancer and other diseases.
 
Achieving consistent AAV quantification with the QuantStudio Absolute Q AutoRun dPCR Suite

Accurate quantification of AAV vectors could be crucial for quality control and timely decision-making during drug development. dPCR is a precise and reliable method for quantifying nucleic acid targets without relying on standard curves. The Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ Absolute Q™ AutoRun dPCR Suite simplifies not only the workflow, but also data collection and analysis, enabling high-throughput sample processing with minimal intervention. This presentation outlines a recent study that demonstrated the consistency of dPCR data generated by this suite using an AAV assay, achieving less than 3% coefficient of variation (CV) for all nucleic acid targets within the expected concentration accuracy range. The study also highlights the promising results and importance of high throughput dPCR workflow solutions for gene therapy research and development. .
