Getting answers on what’s in your precious AAV, LVV, or lipid nanoparticle (LNP) sample means wanting to use the lowest possible volume to get the most possible data. Stunner solves this challenge by delivering fast, low-volume info on quantification and sizing for viral vectors and LNPs. For AAVs this means capsid titer, empty/full ratio, and aggregation, while size and RNA quant is key for LNPs. Stunner bridges DLS and UV/Vis data to pinpoint nucleic acid concentration, size and aggregation intel all in less than a minute per 2 µL sample. Make confident and quick decisions during your gene therapy analysis with Stunner’s dye-free, label-free, standard-free, hassle-free quant.
