All you need to know about Lupus

Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease in which the body's immune system becomes hyperactive and attacks normal, healthy tissues. Inflammation caused by lupus can affect many different body systems like joints, skin, kidneys, blood cells, brain, heart, and lungs. Lupus is difficult to diagnose because its symptoms can be vague and vary between patients. However, one of its tell-tale sign is a unique butterfly rash across the cheek and nose that resembles a wolf's bite.
