Artificial Neurons Could Improve Brain Functions

WRITTEN BY: Anthony Bouchard

The brain is an amazing organ. It's ultimately the control center of the body that controls the functions of your other organs, as well as your feelings, your thoughts, and much more.

Many people have normal brains, while a handful of others suffer from handicaps and other brain dysfunctions.

Soon, scientists may be able take advantage of a new artificial neuron that could be implanted into the brain to completely do away with handicaps and other brain dysfunctions.

Although the demonstration of this concept is still in its early stages, these neurons could be shrunken down to a size where they would actually be useable and could interconnect with your naturally occurring neurons to help your brain perform tasks.

Maybe, these neurons could even be used to improve the brain functions of perfectly normal brains.
