Here's Why Cuddling is Good for You

WRITTEN BY: Anthony Bouchard

Cuddling may be cute, and it may be a sign of young or undying love, but for those in relationships, it's actually a very healthy part of of bonding that stimulates parts of the brain that make us feel good, releasing oxytocin, often called the ‘cuddle hormone.'

Cuddling has many positive effects on the mind, including not only the building of trust, but also intimacy with your partner.

Cuddling is healthy at all times throughout a relationship, and studies have also shown that post-coital cuddling can be very healthy and positive for relationships and help them to last longer.
