This presentation will provide an overview of states moving towards legalization in 2020, either medicinally or recreationally.  It will also provide insight into states looking to propose mandatory testing with these legalization measures.  In addition, viewers will learn about states that have set a date for mandatory testing to begin in 2020 and be provided with an overview of the ever-changing regulatory testing landscape.
