Since 2008, Labroots has led the charge in global scientific social networking services by providing thoughtful and analytical virtual events, hybrid events, and webinars. To share these live events with a global audience, Labroots has utilized Facebook and X (Twitter) to manage their 18 accounts comprised of the Labroots main profile, ScienceRocks, and 16 trending news categories, all with great success. Now, Labroots is proud to announce they are taking the next giant leap in social media by transitioning to Bluesky, which has rapidly become an alternative to X (Twitter).
Why Bluesky?
Since opening to the public in February 2024, the number of register Bluesky users has skyrocketed from a few million to approximately 40 million in less than two years. This trajectory is a clear indication that Labroots is well-prepared to expand our brand footprint while delivering groundbreaking science news and virtual event live posts to a global audience.
