Research poster presentations during each of LabRoots’ virtual events provide an opportunity for authors to share their research findings and insights with a worldwide audience, without submission fees or travel costs!

Virtual poster sessions offer the opportunity to present data to a global audience via a PDF poster, video summary, and discussion opportunities with interested colleagues through email and 1 to 1 chat. Final posters should be submitted as a PDF or PowerPoint file, the standard size is 1024 x 768 pixels. Presentations should incorporate illustrative materials such as tables, graphs, photographs, and large-print text.

Your poster will be on display for the live event, and then available on-demand following the event. This content is not peer-reviewed, and submission is free. For an example of a poster from a previous event, see below.

All submitted posters will be reviewed, and decisions regarding acceptance will be made as posters are received. You will be notified within one week of receipt of acceptance. Further details and registration materials will be provided at that time. You do not have to be present to have a poster displayed. Only those posters approved by LabRoots may be displayed at the event.

If accepted, you will also have the opportunity to record a 3-5 minute summary video for each poster. LabRoots will work with each author to create these videos. Video links and email contact information will be included on each poster displayed.
