iCrea™ ADCC FcγRIIIa (V) Effector Cell Line, Human Jurkat T Lymphocytes | Creative Biolabs

Creative Biolabs' iCrea™ ADCC Effector FcγRIIIa (V) Assay Cells are used for quantifying biological activity induced by pathway activation of therapeutic antibody drugs in an ADCC mechanism of action (MOA) assay.

The cells are based on a human T lymphocyte cell line, Jurkat (clone E6-1), and have been genetically engineered and optimized to express high levels of the low affinity Fc receptor FcRyIIIa (CD16), and the Firefly Luciferase (FL) reporter gene under the control of a proprietary chimeric promoter.

ADCC Effector FcγRIIIa (V) Assay Cells are ideally matched to the iCrea™ ADCC target cells but can be run with any type of target cells inducing ADCC MOA.
