LabRoots Store

LabRoots recently launched its highly anticipated online store. The worldwide LabRoots Store will give shoppers access to LabRoots merchandise, once available exclusively at physical tradeshows.

The store launched with 15 of LabRoots most popular t-shirt designs, covering a broad range of themes and research, matching those found on the LabRoots site. With the variety of themes, a LabRoots shirt makes for a great gift for any science buff. Users can shop, manage orders and track packages all from their LabRoots account.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where can I see my orders?
    Once logged into your LabRoots account, you can view all your orders by hovering over your profile picture or avatar in the top right of the site. In the drop-down menu, you will see a ‘Profile’ option. Once you click on ‘Profile,' you can easily select the store option from your profile menu. There you can see all your orders, including the status of each order.
  • Where can I track my packages?
    When logged into your LabRoots account and on your profile page, you can will see the store as a menu option. There you can see all your orders, including shipping statuses and tracking numbers.
  • How can I make a return?
    For Domestic shoppers, you login to LabRoots, go to the Store feature and click on Orders and find the order of the item you wish to return. Then check the item(s) you wish to return within the Return/Exchange column. On this step, you need to either click on the Return Items button or the Exchange Items button. If you are returning for a refund, a modal window will pop-up and ask for the reason you why you want to return the item(s). If you are exchanging the item(s), a modal window will pop-up and ask for the new size and color. You will then come to a Success page, and from here you can print out the USPS shipping label to return the product. An email will also be sent you confirming the return and give you the option to print the USPS label. For International shoppers, if you would like to exchange an item please contact our customer service department at store@labroots.com.
  • Can I return something I received as a gift?
    Yes, but you'll need to contact us for assistance at store@labroots.com. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and postal code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.
  • How long do returns take to process?
    Return processing can take up to 2-4 weeks. If you have not received a refund or your exchanged product after that time, please contact us store@labroots.com.
  • What do I do if my product is damaged?
    Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to store@labroots.com and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the email has been submitted.
  • What if I paid via PayPal, how do I get my return?
    If the purchase was made via PayPal then the refund will return to the PayPal account used to purchase. This will appear as credit in your PayPal account which you can use to make a purchase, or request to withdraw from PayPal to your bank account. Login to your PayPal account to get started.
  • How do I exchange something?
    For Domestic shoppers, to exchange your apparel for something new. You login to LabRoots, go to the Store feature and click on Orders. Then find the order of the item you wish to return. Check the item(s) you wish to return within the Return/Exchange column. On this step, you need to click on the Exchange Items button. If you are exchanging the item(s), a modal window will pop-up and ask for the new size and color. You will then come to a Success page, and from here you can print out the USPS shipping label to return the product. An email will also be sent you confirming the return and give you the option to print the USPS label.   • Can I send a gift card?
    By clicking on 'Gift Cards" from the Store menu, you will be taken to a form. This form will allow you to choose from pre-arranged amounts or you may select your own. You can also enter the recipient and a message to go along with the gift card. Proceed to check out as usual. You can also access that form here
  • How do I redeem a gift card?
    When all desired items are in your shopping cart and you proceed to check out, you will see your order. This includes the shipping address and payment options. On the right column, under your order summary, you will see a field to enter a gift card code; enter your code and click apply. Any amount left on your gift card will remain until you use it on a later order. If the gift card did not cover to entire amount due, you can then add another payment method to pay for the remainder of your balance.
