    Wildfire

A wildfire is an uncontrolled fire in a forested area which can have a significant impact on rural and urban areas, as well as natural ecosystems. They can be triggered by natural causes or human activity. Wildfires release massive amounts of carbon into the atmosphere and are a major source of emissions linked to climate change.
