Production Specialist

The Production Specialist primary focus is to plan, manage, and coordinate between clients and business divisions to deliver extraordinary virtual events. You are proven in event strategy, planning, and production and most importantly, are ready to adapt and lead in the new world of digital events. You will join our production team to create, build and execute virtual events that set Labroots apart from the competition. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess exceptional strategy, management, and execution skills. This role will help pivot the direction for Labroots as the “virtual first” platform for the next several years and help develop a digital strategy for post-COVID-19 times that connects clients and users with Labroots.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a talented individual to plan, manage, and coordinate information between clients and business divisions to help put together extraordinary virtual events.

Create event microsites/registration pages
Add information such as event speakers and agenda to microsite; and manage any updates
Add customized tabs including html
Event room build out Including any additional room elements involved
Upload content to event rooms (excluding booths) and provide support in adding booth and room reps
Update presentation tabs and add presentations to event auditoriums
Poster management/organization
Event broadcast messages
Help with the quality control of our events
Manage/Coordinate all speaker relations including setting up invitations, managing speaker slide decks and videos, and managing studio recordings, trainings, and live presentations when necessary.
Manage and organize studio coverage for live event presentations including scheduling moderators and creating moderator scripts when needed.
Support recordings, trainings, and live presentations outside of normal business hours when needed/necessary
Speaker Presentation editing
Provide reporting and metrics for virtual events
Moderate webinars
MP4 management and distribution
Attend production meetings
Attend client meetings
Communicate with clients, primarily speaker relations, all communication with clients and speakers and management of all speakers for upcoming events
Support management when necessary as a client liaison in meetings
Speaker management and organization within Google Drive
Provide additional support to ‘Production’ personnel when necessary

Desired Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications & skills ...

Technical degree or equivalent industry experience.
2+ years in event strategy and execution roles.
Proven experience leading the development and execution of virtual events.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated collaboration skills: experience working across multiple organization, executive leadership, and external agencies to manage event strategy.
Excellent organizational skills, including project management, multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to details.
Basic knowledge of Marketing Automation/Optimization Tools.
Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Some experience Virtual Event Platforms such as 6Connex, ON24 or InXpo.
