TentaGel resins are grafted copolymers consisting of a low crosslinked polystyrene matrix on which poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG or POE) is grafted. HMBA on TentaGel Resins are suitable for the immobilization of carboxylic acids but can be cleaved by nucleophiles.
