The vector of AGRN chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is a ligand-based CAR constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human ATP1A3. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing expressing protein of PD-1 AGRN linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
