    Anxiety attacks

    Anxiety attacks are characterized by the sudden onset of symptoms including nervousness, restlessness, a sense of impending panic, increased heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating, and uncontrolled worry. Long-term symptoms can evolve to include difficulty sleeping, gastrointestinal issues, and experiencing an urge to avoid circumstances that trigger anxiety.
