    DNA Biology Forensics

Forensic science applies science to the law, often during criminal investigations. Evaluation of DNA is an important tool that can aid in many forensic investigations. Characterizing the DNA from victims or other subjects can be used for various forensic comparisons such as those investigating sexual assault, homicides, and robberies.
