A Red Squirrel From The Czech Republic

WRITTEN BY: Andrew J. Dunlop
Red squirrels, like this one, are native to Europe.

This red squirrel seems to be recreating Michelangelo's painting of the creation of Adam on the ceiling of the Sistine chapel as it reaches for a walnut. Unlike gray squirrels, red squirrels are native to Europe, including the UK.
