WRITTEN BY: Xuan Pham

CRISPR: It's been the buzzword of the scientific community for a few years now, and it's not going away anytime soon. Short for clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats, CRISPR is a novel way for researchers to manipulate and edit genomes.

Watch the video and learn what Jennifer Doudna, the leader of CRISPR, has to say about CRISPR's potential to completely transform nearly every aspect of our the lives.
