How apple cider vinegar could cure all your problems

While some of apple cider vinegar's renown health benefits are supported by hard science, like weight loss, reduced cholesterol levels, lower blood sugar levels and improved symptoms of diabetes, there are countless other benefits that people report experiencing, even if there is only anecdotal evidence. Some of these benefits include protective effects against cancer, digestive balance, dandruff remedy, diarrhea cure, and skin toner. 

Additionally, apple cider vinegar can be used as a disinfectant to clean both your kitchen counters and your nail fungus, lice, warts, ear infections, and even acne.
