How many plants live in your home?

Are you a plant-lover? If you're like me, having a few plant friends is necessary for a comfortable home - and millennials seem to agree, with more and more getting involved in indoor gardening. Whether you're a fan of big leafy fronds or spiny succulents, filling your home and workspace with plants can have some serious health benefits, not to mention the aesthetics!

Indoor plants can boost your concentration and productivity by up to 15%, can reduce stress levels and lower blood pressure, increase mood, and improve air quality. All of this is especially important if you live in a fast-paced city, as more of us tend to do now. If you're interested in becoming a plant-owner but don't know where to start, think about visiting your local garden center or plant shop or asking your plant-loving friends for tips!
