BIOGRAPHY

Abstract

The GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling technology enables high-plex RNA and protein profiling of any region within any tissue type. This workshop will highlight the latest developments toward enabling spatial transcriptome analysis as well as highlighting novel applications in CAR T biology. Dr. Carl June, MD (University of Pennsylvania), will describe this application in a patient undergoing CAR T cellular therapy. GeoMx DSP was used to spatially analyze thousands of RNA targets to understand differences in tumor-related pathways in the presence of CAR T cells and the exhaustion status of the CAR T cells themselves.
