Abstract
The tumor microenvironment (TME) comprises complex cellular and structural features. The processes and interactions within the TME can have a high impact on therapeutic responses and resistance. Therefore, comprehensive understanding of the complex TME composition is of a high benefit for the development of effective cancer therapy. In this webinar, we will present how the MICS technology with the MACSima Imaging Platform can support TME characterization including spatial organizations to cellular interactions and heterogeneity to drug target candidates identifications with the ability of imaging hundreds of markers on a single sample and multiple samples in a single experiment in a fully automated process.

Learning Objectives
  • Discuss the principle of the MICS technology with the MACSima Imaging Platform to generate ultra-high content imaging
  • Provide an overview on data analysis options for the images captured by the MACSima Platform
  • Discuss the benefits of ultra-high content imaging in TME characterization: Data from breast cancer and other types of cancer

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
