    • Senior Director, Orlando Ancillary Services, Florida Hospital
      Biography
        Patrick O'Sullivan is currently the Senior Director of Ancillary Services at Florida Hospital in Orlando, Florida. Florida Hospital is one of the largest Medicare providers in the United States and is part of the Adventist Health System. He has a degree in Medical Technology and a Master's Degree in Management in addition to his Specialist in Blood Banking from ASCP. Patrick spent his career in the laboratory but was able to hold a variety of positions ranging from a bench technologist, department manager, LIS Manager, and Director of laboratories. He oversaw growth and construction of his laboratory and help develop LEAN processes and automation throughout the laboratory. He was an adjunct professor at the University of Central Florida from 2005 - 2014 and he still teaches and lectures frequently.
