Sharon's wealth of experience includes working as a trainer and director in the non-profit and healthcare sectors, owning and selling a successful business, and for ten years serving as a director for a global staffing/executive search firm serving companies such as UPS, Booz Allen Hamilton, PSE&G, HHC and Elementis. Her clients include executives, entrepreneurs and leaders at all levels and from multiple industries including: finance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, media, human resources, logistics and non-profits. Sharon is passionate about sharing her leadership knowledge with others on how to hire and inspire top talent, orchestrate career transition and increase employee engagement. Sharon is entering a new chapter in her own life as her third and youngest child finishes college.
