Abstract
Due to its high accuracy and fast, simple workflow, capillary electrophoresis (CE) is a foundational technology for clinical applications. CE is an invaluable tool used to detect genetic variations associated with inheritable disease conditions. Sanger sequencing continues to be an efficient and effective method for identifying known genetic variants, making it a good initial method for genetic tests. With resolution down to a single base pair, CE can be used to identify and characterize both known and unknown diseases. CE can be utilized for both Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis. Sanger sequencing is ideal for both targeted sequencing and confirmation analysis, whereas fragment analysis is a useful method for multiplexing, investigating variants, SNPs, or size analysis.

Join us for an insightful webinar where we delve into the invaluable role of CE in modern clinical laboratories. In this webinar, we will provide a comprehensive educational overview of the potential clinical applications of CE plus an overview of Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis workflows.

Learning Objectives:
  • Learn how CE is used for clinical applications for genetic testing
  • Discover the advantages of CE in terms of accuracy, efficiency, and versatility in clinical labs.

This webinar is ideal for clinical laboratory professionals, clinical researchers, and anyone interested in the latest advancements in genetic analysis technology. Don't miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and enhance your lab's capabilities with the latest in CE technology.

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
