Comprehensive Genomic Profiling, an Asia Pacific Perspective - AsPION Project

AsPION Project comprises of 6 key sites across 5 countries in the Asia Pacific region, to test and trial Oncomine comprehensive assay plus performance and to determine the analytical validation of the assay performance. Following which the sites are then provided cell lines to determine harmonization of results , this is done across 6 sites in Asia Pacific region.

Learning Objectives:

1. Participants will learn about analytical validation of NGS assays and parameters to determine the assay performance

2. Participants will learn about AsPION project and understand harmonization efforts to determine TMB and MSI
