He has successfully completed hundreds of recruitment projects that involved senior level individual contributors through C level executives, with particular emphasis on sales, business development, marketing, product development, project management and pre-clinical R&D. Throughout his recruiting career, Don has finished in the top 10% and consistently finished in the top 25% of his peer group, as ranked by revenues.
