    Abstract

At Biogen Idec, we have implemented a 3 part innovation operating model which includes innovation mentoring, agile experimentation and transition of experiments into pilots. In this presentation you will learn how we have developed and implemented this model and applied it successfully from brainstorming events at hackathons that have followed through to projects in a mature technology portfolio.
