Introducing the new CytoScan HD Accel microarray that significantly improves the power and speed of genome-wide copy number analysis using industry-leading Chromosomal Microarray (CMA). The highly streamlined CytoScan HD Accel microarray workflow enables a single operator to  process samples from gDNA to hybridization-ready targets in just a single work day.  Furthermore, probe coverage is significantly increased across >5070 actionable genes, and a new Reference Model built from 6 different pre- and post-natal sample types is provided.  Together, these improvements allow users to achieve more relevant results in less than half the time of current leading microarrays.
