High-throughput surveillance for ARGs in environmental samples

Antibiotic resistance is a global health threat and an emerging micropollutant of concern. Monitoring antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) from environmental samples requires advanced molecular microbiological methods, which are low-cost, have a short turnaround time, and can be standardized.
