How to avoid the Success Syndrome?   As successful companies grow and age, inertia sets in;  both structural & cultural.  The culture becomes less adaptive to market dynamics. Strong gravitational force of proven culture and routines is established. This has an innovation chilling effect which results is the company being slower to opportunities, less innovative, more internally focused and a low risk bias.  This keynote will make the case for change.  What made us successful in the past, won’t make us successful in the future.  Our Business Models, Customer Experiences and Technologies will all face significant disruption in the coming years.  UHG needs to lead this change and avoid the success syndrome.
