Abstract
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) has become commonplace in research during in vitro fertilisation (IVF) procedures. Various PGT methods are utilised to assess blastocysts suitability for implantation. In this roundtable, we focus on PGT for monogenic disorders (PGT-M) specifically within the public sector, analysing the presence of genetic mutations in single gene linked disorders.
