Therapeutic proteins such as monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) and mAb variants have been successfully applied in the treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases and other ailments, delivering relief, remission and extending the life span of many patients. Assessment of protein purification and charge variants is an essential part of protein characterization at different stages of therapeutic protein manufacturing. However, as biopharmaceutical organizations increase the number of drug candidates in their development pipeline, the throughput of analytical techniques becomes a major bottleneck.
In this webinar, Dr. Santos will present highly sensitive, reproducible multi-capillary CE-SDS (capillary sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis) and cIEF (capillary isoelectric focusing) analysis, which could potentially shorten product development workflows. We also highlight a data analysis algorithm that enables peak integration and reporting based on isoelectric point (pI), resulting in decreased data processing time and most notably less analyst intervention.
Learning Objectives
- Obtain sensitive multi-capillary CE-SDS, and CIEF analysis for mAbs and mAb-variants
- Explore parallel processing of eight samples simultaneously to accelerate development timelines
- Learn about seamless and easy method transfer from the single- to the multi-capillary platform
Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
