The TR-FRET Retinoid-related Orphan Receptor alpha (ROR alpha) Coactivator Assay Kit provides a sensitive and robust method for high-throughput screening of potential ROR alpha ligands as agonists or inverse agonists of coactivator recruitment. The homogeneous mix-and-read assay uses a terbium (Tb)-labeled anti-GST antibody, a fluorescein-labeled coactivator peptide, and a ROR alpha ligand-binding domain (ROR alpha-LBD) that is tagged with glutathione-S-transferase (GST).
