The vector of anti-I-Ag7-B:9-23(R3) complex chimeric autoantigen receptor (CAAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target Mouse I-Ag7-B:9-23(R3) complex. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing scFv of anti-I-Ag7-B:9-23(R3) complex antibody linked to Type 1 diabetes.
